needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law.
Services.
Burton Millwork provides custom millwork and design services.
Our services may include, but are not limited to, consultation, design, construction, renovation, remodeling, and related tasks as agreed upon between the client and us..
The scope of work, timelines, and pricing will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any project.
Payment and Fees.
Payment terms and fees will be outlined in the contract agreement between Burton Millwork and the Client.
Payments shall be made as per the agreed-upon milestones or schedule in the contract.
Failure to make payments as agreed may result in project delays or termination of services.
Intellectual Property.
All intellectual property rights related to designs, plans, and other materials produced by Burton Millwork remain the property of Burton Millwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients shall not reproduce, distribute, or use any intellectual property of Burton Millwork without prior written consent.
Liability.
Burton Millwork shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website.
Termination.
Either party may terminate the contract for services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.
Upon termination, the Client shall pay for any services provided up to the termination date.
Governing Law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
